Seoafin “Finnie” Wilde was taught by her parents that every breath was a treasure and to seek every adventure she could find. And she learns this lesson the hard way when they perish in a plane crash.

But she never forgets and when she discovers there is a parallel universe where every person has a twin, she finds a witch who can send her there so she can have the adventure of a lifetime.

But upon arrival in the Winter Wonderland of Lunwyn, she realizes she’s been played by her twin and finds herself walking down the aisle to be wed to The Drakkar.

Thrown into inauspicious circumstances, with years of practice, Finnie bests the challenges and digs into her adventure. But as Frey Drakkar discovers the woman who is his new wife is not Princess Sjofn, a woman he dislikes but instead, his Finnie, a free-spirit with a thirst for venture just like him, without her knowledge he orders his new bride bound to his frozen world, everlasting.

But at the same time Frey plunges Finnie into a web of political intrigue that includes assassination plots, poison, magic, mystery and… dragons.

Wildest

Dorsey says:

5 Fantastical Stars!!!!

I’m going to love this series!!! Finnie is wealthy, young, adventurous, and misses her deceased parents desperately. She learns of a parallel world where everyone has a twin and for a lot of money, months of planning, and a powerful modern day witch it’s time to switch places with her twin so that she can see her parents again. Unfortunately her twin in the parallel world wasn’t exactly forthcoming and what awaits her in the other world is way beyond her “Wildest Dreams”!!

Upon landing in the other world she is informed that she is a Princess, the Winter Princess, and is immediately prepared to marry Frey Drakker, who makes it abundantly clear that he’s not happy about their arranged marriage. Frey is a big, handsome, proud, and fierce man who is a Raider and King to The Elves and Dragons!!!!!!!

Finnie has a wild ride ahead of her and what a fantastic journey, I love this world KA has created and can’t wait to read more of this series!!!

Karla says:

4.5 Stars! KA has quite the imagination and knows her way around a fantasy tale; it exceeded my expectations and was a refreshing, pleasant surprise.

I took the plunge and crossed over to another realm and had myself a grand adventure. Suspend disbelief for a while and get lost in this world with Finnie and Frey, it’s the stuff that dreams are made of!

About Kristen Ashley

Kristen Ashley grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana but has lived in Denver, Colorado and the West Country of England. Thus she has been blessed to have friends and family around the globe. Her posse is loopy (to say the least) but loopy is good when you want to write.

Kristen was raised in a house with a large and multi-generational family. They lived on a very small farm in a small town in the heartland and existed amongst the strains of Glenn Miller, The Everly Brothers, REO Speedwagon and Whitesnake (and the wardrobes that matched).

Needless to say, growing up in a house full of music, clothes and love was a good way to grow up.

And as she keeps growing up, it keeps getting better.

Oooh! I’ve not yet read anything by this author! I don’t know why, I’ve just read the blurbs for the Fantasyland series and they sound absolutely fantastic! I love a good fantasy read – and the reviews I’ve come across just for them are brilliant. I’ll most definately be adding these to my TBR and will be checking what else KA has written. And thanks for the chance to win a giftcard to go towards getting a start in this great sounding series! 😀

Hi Elizabeth! I’m so envious of you right now, you have a lot of KA books in your future….I read my first KA book a couple of years ago and I WAS HOOKED on her Alphas!!….I can honestly say that I’ve read all of her books at least twice…maybe three or four times in some cases!! Thanks for stopping by and good luck!!

My favorite book in the series is Fantastical.

I love the romance, the setting , the world Kristen built and especially Cora. She adjusted pretty well to the new wold she found herself in.

Tor was also a great character. It took him some time, but when he realized this Cora was a good person, he was all in.

You won’t be disappointed Natasha!! Very different than any of her other books/series, actually it’s very different from anything I myself have personally read….it’s more fantasy than PRN.

I have not read this series yet but have read or listened and loved all her others. The latest book I am obsessed with is the audiobook of Heaven & Hell. I loved the story and the narrator, Felicity Munroe, was brilliant! =D

Hi Karen! Sounds like your a KA fan so take the plunge and visit “Fantasyland”!! The first two books are available on audio.

The narrator is new to me, once she got into the groove she found her voices and improved along the way so by book two “Golden Dynasty” she did great considering the complex Korwahk language (you’ll LOVE Dax Lahn), not at first but eventually….Thanks for stopping by and good luck!!
